An Open Vein

Could "Wake For Young Souls" possibly be Third Eye Blind's best song to date?

Josh,

I've never viewed Third Eye Blind as a great band. The're a good band with many good radio pop hits but I've never followed them as a favorite of mine. But in between the four years of Blue and Out Of The Vein I started to hear bits and parts of the song "Wake for Young Souls" online. I fell in love with it and anticipated the release of the final version. When I had a copy of it I was thrilled and it sounded great. Which convinced me to like them all the more. But I never put any effort to purchase their self-titled album. All I know are the five or six big hits that have died away. So I made this statement very open. I hope this song is not their best, because they could do better. I am getting with my friend Rhapsody and will give a good listen to "Third Eye Blind".

My little white soul is glowing more and more every day. It continues to amaze me when I least expect it. I figure owning an iPod is the first step of three to becoming complete.

I really wouldn't know, or even have an opinion on this, for the simple reason that I have never heard it.

I'm glad you're feeling more complete these days. ;-)
