Come On Feel The KANSAS CITY Smoke Ban

The city of Kansas has issued a smoking ban. Though, there are three exceptions,
one. You are able to smoke in hotels that have less then 25 rooms. You know, so those hookers can smoke during the night.
two. You are able to smoke inside other smoke shops. Which makes sense. You don't really go there for anything else. Right?
three. Which I find funny and am curious on why they are allowing this place of all places, you are able to smoke in nursing homes.
