The Moving Pictures, Melodys and Pages

As I head for bed I leave you with a few updated thoughts, songs and films to ponder.

Songs for the Week:
Love Burns - B.R.M.C.
Clowns - TaTu
Let Down - Pedro The Lion (a radiohead cover performed live)

Films for the Week:

I watched Sin City on this past Sabaoth day. Err...(let me gather my thoughts..) My flesh absolutly loved this film! It was one of the coolest films i've seen in a long time. Miller, Tarantino and Rodriguez are geniuses. I think everything about this film was brilliantly well done. It deserves many awards. Now I can't say just that. I'm viewing the film as a sinner living in a sinful world who is no longer a slave to sin. I have been given hope, I have been given mercy and am in a relationship with one that loves me, sacrificed His life for me and bore Gods wrath. Because of this there is more redemption then you can believe. This film states that redemption is blowing your brains out. Redemption in this film is killing all who have hurt you and anyone that stands in the way. There is no hope, there is no mercy and there is no compassion. I think the film is very entertaining and fun. It is by far the most violent film I've ever seen. I would have a hard time recommending this film to others.

Fog Of War. A very well made documentary.
Royal Tenenbaums. I don't think I really need to comment on this film. Anderson is amazing!

Books for the Week:
